Jonathan Mikailonis joined SGA Dental Partners in February 2022. He leads the Mergers and Acquisitions team with Chief Development Officer, Dr. Zack Bentley. Jonathan got started in the dental industry at a boutique brokerage and brings a wealth of knowledge on M&A transactions to the team. His passion is helping dentists and business owners’ partner with SGA to enjoy a work-life balance, while setting themselves up financially for their next chapter. He loves the numbers and people side of the business, but thrives helping SGA continue their rapid growth in the Southeast. Jonathan resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife, Amber, and two sons, Caden and Briggs. When he is not working, Jonathan enjoys family time or taking time out for a round of golf with close friends.

Born and raised in Southwest Georgia, Brandon earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and practiced as a CPA for over 20 years. In his CPA practice, Brandon contracted as a CFO for multiple companies, helping them to grow aggressively through his management. He
entered the dental industry in 2019 as CEO of Dental Partners of Southwest GA, where he quickly grew the company to be regionally
dominant. Brandon transitioned into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Integrations with South Georgia Dental Partners in January 2022. In this capacity, he will continue to help assimilate dental practices into the SGA culture and philosophy.
Avid Atlanta Braves fans, Brandon and his wife Wendy live in Sylvester with their two children, Elizabeth and Emerson.

Lanthea Mangum, a registered dental hygienist, began her career with Dr. Garner in 2004. Originally hired as a dental hygienist, she has acquired several promotions as she aided in the growth of the company from the establishment of the first clinic.
After being promoted to the Corporate office in 2016, Lanthea created the company's first ordering system and managed all dental supplies. Lanthea now oversees all operations, including project management of new offices, sustainability of clinic staff and equipment, and the overall functionality and growth of Garner Dental Group.
Lanthea and her husband Mike are from Hattiesburg and have two children.

Pam joined the SGA Dental Partners team in January 2022, through strategic merger, after serving as Chief Financial Officer for Dental Partners of Southwest GA. Guided with a high beam focus on accelerated acquisition growth, streamlining of processes and clear integrity of the financials, Pam has continually focused on investing in great processes with great people to yield great results.
Before joining the dental industry, Pam worked in various financial leadership roles across multiple industries, including critical access hospitals, nursing homes, rural health clinics, the automotive and heavy equipment industry, and auditing.
Pam earned a BA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and is a graduate of the Leadership Institute at Columbus State University. Most of all, Pam enjoys time with her husband Chad and two children, Tyler (15) and Bella (12).

Dr. Nicole Yates grew up in Columbus, GA. She received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and graduated from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia).
Upon graduating dental school Nicole spent four years serving as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, during which a one year General
Practice Residency was completed at a Naval Hospital. Subsequently, Dr. Yates completed implant training with the Zimmer Biomet Institute as well as the Misch Resnick Implant Institute, obtained Botox and dermal filler certifications from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and trained with Dr. David Galler, a premier Invisalign Provider.
Dr. Yates and the Effingham Smiles team were honored with the title of “Effingham’s Most Fab Dentist” in 2021 and strive to continually support the Effingham County community in 2022.
Her husband, Steven, and their two young sons, Warren and Holden, welcomed a return to the sunshine of the southeast after being stationed in Rhode Island for three years. Outside of work, the Yates family enjoys being outdoors kayaking, fishing, or enjoying the beach. Warren and Holden obtained passports very young, as the family enjoys world traveling. On the rare occasion that there is time, Dr. Yates enjoys reading non- fiction, sewing, and cooking.

Dr. Bentley was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia. He graduated from Valdosta High School in 2002. After graduation, He moved to Statesboro to begin his college career. Dr. Bentley graduated with honors from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in 2006. While attending GSU, Dr. Bentley was very busy with both college life and community involvement through being a member of Gamma Beta Phi honor society, the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and Bulloch County Fire Department.
Dr. Bentley has aspired to become a dentist since a very early age and has worked in the dental field since he was sixteen years old. During his college years, He worked at Tri-W Dental Lab where he was able to prefect the art of making all aspects of both fixed and removable dental prosthetics. He received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from The Medical College of Georgia in May of 2012. Dr. Bentley has a passion for dentistry and loves giving his patients a beautiful smile. He enjoys listening to and collaborating with his patients of all ages to provide the best care and always have the patient’s best interest at heart.
Dr. Bentley is currently a member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, Southeastern Dental Association, The Savannah Dental Society and the American Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Bentley believes that learning is a lifelong commitment and routinely attends advanced continuing education courses.
Dr. Bentley spends his free time hunting and fishing and resides in Savannah with his beautiful wife, Rebekah, and their four children Bella, Everson and Emma and Henry.

Dr. Lake Garner has been practicing dentistry since 1996. He is a lifelong Mississippi resident and has been married to his wife, Michelle, for over 20 years. They have three children, and are very active in the Hattiesburg community and local charities, including the Pink Ribbon Fund and the Hub City Humane Society. Dr. Garner and Michelle were participants on Season 9 of The Amazing Race.
Dr. Garner attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. Before dental school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and Mississippi Dental Association. In addition to overseeing company business and practicing dentistry full-time, Dr. Garner also owns commercial properties.

Dr. Williams is a founding member of SGA Dental Partners and currently serves on the SGA Dental Partners Board of Directors.
Dr. Williams was born and raised in Sylvester and attended Worth County High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, and the University of Georgia in Athens. He then graduated in 1994 from the Medical College of Georgia with a DMD degree. It was there that he received a quintessence award for restorative dentistry.
After graduation, Dr. Williams went to work for Dr. Mike Carr in Donalsonville, and in 1995 he joined Dr. Cecil Myers in Americus while building a practice in Lee County. That practice which started in April 1995 has now evolved into Dental Partners of Southwest Georgia.
An active deacon at First Baptist Church of Albany, Dr. Williams lives in Albany with his wife Lynn Connor Williams of Sylvania. They have three children: Maci, Matt and Kate. He has served for 10 years on the board of the HCA Hospital on Palmyra Road. He also has served as Chamber Director in Lee County, a member of the Lee County Sertoma Club, and was the Boy Scouts of America founding charter organization representative for Troop 1, Crew 1, and Pack 1. Dr. Williams was a past board member of Security Bank, and is a past trustee of Brewton Parker College. He also received a Health Care Provider of the Year award from ABAC in 2010.
Dr. Williams is a golfing fanatic and loves to hunt anything that flies or swims. He likes to say that he spends all his time watching his kids grow up.

Jordan was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer of SGA Dental Partners after serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer for nearly two years. During his time as COO, Jordan led the company through a transformational growth
phase, improved operational efficiency, and successfully
navigated the COVID-19 pandemic. Jordan joined South Georgia Dental Management after serving as a director of operations for DaVita, Inc, a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Dating back to his time as a Marine officer, Jordan has a history
of developing high performing teams in challenging operational environments.
Jordan joined DaVita after serving eight years in the Marine Corps. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Jordan flew assault transport helicopters in multiple combat theatres
including Northern Africa and the Middle East. After leaving the military, he earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration, graduating with honors from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Today, he serves as a board member of the New York Chapter of Folds of Honor Foundation.
Jordan DiNola

Dr. Hollis received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia Southern University and quickly followed with his doctorate from The Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. He then went on to receive specialty training from the Misch International Implant Institute and a certificate in sedation from Augusta University shortly after.
Dr. Hollis went on to become the youngest board certified oral implantologist in the United States, the youngest diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the youngest fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Hollis was the first dental surgeon in the Southeastern United States to be certified in the Pillar Procedure to treat patients with snoring and sleep apnea. He would continue on to be chosen as one of Georgia Southern’s top 40 under 40 recipients and be appointed as an adjunct clinical instructor at The Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Hollis is committed to ensuring the betterment of our profession and teaching the comprehensive dental medicine model.
When he isn’t in the midst of his work, Dr. Hollis enjoys fishing, flying, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his new son Watson and wife Hannah.

Chief Operations Officer, Myles McAllister designs and implements business operations, and establish policies that promote company culture and vision of SGA. Previously, he was CEO for Physician Housecalls a home-based primary care servicing Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma providing care to over 5,000 patients. He also brings more than six years of experience at DaVita Inc. where he oversaw 250+ dialysis clinics covering South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. He served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years on active duty as a pilot and continues to fly in the Reserves.
Myles McAllister

Jim joined SGA Dental Partners after serving as Chief Financial Officer for Illuminate-HC, a multi-site private equity backed health
Going back 15 years, Jim has a history of running the Accounting and Finance teams as CFO for several multi-site private equity backed health care companies. These include Invo Health Care, the largest backed provider of ABA, Speech and Behavioral therapy, and Professional Physical Therapy which was the largest provider to physical therapy in the Northeast.
As an active member of his community, he was elected to the local school board and served on his HOA’s board. In addition, he volunteers for DiveHeart, an organization that provides scuba therapy to the disabled and veterans.
Jim has degrees in Economics and Accounting as well as a Master’s degree in Business and Information Technology from Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jim spends his free time watching sports and spending time with his wife, Ellen and their two children Jack and Sarah.
